Advanced Helpdesk PMS Task Costs Summary

The PMS Task Cost Summary can be viewed from the Advanced Helpdesk. This allows a User to easily see any Payment Mechanism costs associated with the Task.

The link will open the Advance Helpdesk / PMS Task Costs Summary grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
